Changes to Malaysia Airlines’ Check-in Counters at KLIA

KLIA, 5 August 2019: Effective 7 August 2019, Malaysia Airlines will be operating its check-in and baggage drop-off counters from Rows B, D and H at Level 5 (Departures) of KL International Airport (KLIA).

In line with its continuous effort to provide seamless and convenient travel experience for its passengers, Malaysia Airlines will be moving its International Economy Class check-in and baggage drop-off to Row H at KLIA. Domestic Economy Class check-in and baggage drop-off will remain atRow B. Business Suite and Business Class passengers for all International and Domestic flights, Enrich Platinum and Gold members, as well as oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members will continue toenjoy the dedicated check-in and baggage drop-off counters at Row D.

The relocation is also part of the airline’s initiative to help ease the congestion at KLIA’s Departure curbside especially during peak travel periods.
