Malaysia Airlines Collaborates with Iketeru for Japanese Meals

KLIA, 24 May 2019: From 1 June until 31 August 2019, Malaysia Airlines will be serving Japanese meals from KL Hilton’s award-winning restaurant, Iketeru onboard its flights from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo and Osaka. The airline will be collaborating with Iketeru’s Executive Chef, Chef Masami Okamoto to design the special Japanese menu for the Summer season.

The breakfast menu onboard MH88 from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo will feature a selection of seasonal delicacies, starting with a selection of seasonal fruits, Nimono, Zensai, followed by a main course of Salmon Shioyaki, Unagi Tamagoyaki and classic accompaniments.

Meanwhile, lunch and supper on MH70 from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo and MH52 from Kuala Lumpur to Osaka will feature traditional Japanese favourites such as Sōmen Noodles with Goma Tofu, Smoked Duck Salad and Zensai, as well as a main course of Braised Beef Brisket with Ginger Rice and classic accompaniments.
