Malaysia Airlines introduces Ultimate Flexibility Ticket Change Policy for passengers

KLIA, 13 March 2020- Malaysia Airlines, today introduced an ultimate flexibility ticket change policy, offering unlimited, free changes to all new and existing bookings. Effective immediately, all Malaysia Airlines passengers will be able to take advantage of the following waivers:

• Unlimited changes to the date of their flight (with a waiver of the date change fee)
• Changes to their destination (any difference in fare will apply)

The policy applies to tickets issued on and before 31 March 2020. All rebookings must be made on or before 31 May 2020. Rebooked return travel must be completed by 31 December 2020. Guests with flight departures of more than 48 hours are strongly urged to submit your change request online, via the Flight Waiver Request Form at https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/hq/en/waiver-request.html.

This helps to ease congestion at our Global Contact Centre which currently has long waiting time and allows us to prioritise customers booked on immediate flights.
