Petaling Jaya, 14 February 2024 – Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is pleased to announce the opening of its latest airline ticketing office located at Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya. The expansion of its customer service touchpoint underscores MAG's steadfast commitment to offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility for its customers.
With its prime location just a 20-minute drive from the nearest district and easy access via the Kelana Jaya LRT station with numerous e-hailing options, customers can gain immediate in-person assistance to facilitate all their travel needs. This includes reservations and ticket transactions for Malaysia Airlines, MASwings, Firefly, oneworld, and Codeshare flights, and purchasing ancillary services such as seat selection, prepaid baggage and lounge access.
In addition, the new ticketing office provides Enrich members the convenience of engaging in services related to their Enrich accounts all under one roof, covering profile updates, account management, missing points claims, product inquiries, redemptions and many more Enrich services. Enrich Platinum and Gold members, as well as Business Class passengers, will also enjoy exclusive privileges including access to a dedicated Business Class waiting area, four (4) dedicated ticketing counters and a priority queue system to ensure seamless processing and personalised service. As part of its efforts to elevate its premium service offerings, Malaysia Airlines recently introduced the Premier Line – a dedicated call support channel exclusively for Enrich Platinum and Gold members to gain quick and seamless assistance on their travel needs.

Similar to the ticketing office at NU Sentral, the new office at Paradigm Mall offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for its customers, embodying the essence of Malaysian Hospitality. Additionally, it incorporates unique features such as a display with an aircraft window design for all saleable merchandise, showcasing the airline's range of products with style and sophistication. The ambiance reflects the familiar comfort of the airline's renowned in-flight experience; and with the Queue Management System in place, customers can enjoy the convenience of taking a queue number, scanning the QR code provided, and view the current calling numbers on their mobile devices, enabling them to shop around while waiting for their turn.
The new ticketing office operates daily from 10am to 10pm (including on public holidays) and is located at CF 18 & CF 30, Concourse floor, Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya.
