For most countries, the airport tax has been included in the final total and is to be paid upon booking unless stated otherwise that the tax is to be paid at the respective airport before departure. All refund of airport tax will be subject to a processing fee.

Revision of Passenger Service Charge (PSC) at Changi Airport
The Passenger Service Charge (PSC) for all passengers departing at Singapore Changi Airport will be revised from S$13.90 to S$19.90, effective 1 April 2013. This revision is applicable to all air tickets purchased from 1 November 2012 for travel on, or after 1 April 2013.
Upon implementation, all embarking passengers will pay a total of S$34.00 per person; comprising of the $S19.90 Passenger Service Charge (PSC), S$8 Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC) and S$6.10 Aviation Levy, as required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
The PSC and PSSC for transfer and transit passengers at S$9.00 and S$3.00 respectively, remain unchanged.
